Policies
- Rates based on two adults and two children under age 12. Each additional adult or child over 12 years old is $20.
- Cribs and rollaways available for $7.
- Check-out time 11 a.m., check-in time 2:30 p.m.
- Deposit required
- NO refunds due to weather
- Require 72 hour cancellation notice
- Some holiday weekends require a minimum stay
- Pony Penning week has a five (5) night minimum & 3 week notice to cancel.

For more privacy, our renovated Victorian house offers four, two bedroom, 1 1/2-bath condo units, each with a full kitchen, living/dining area and all the amenities of Waterside Inn - including sunsets and a water view!
